About The CEO of Soluv Magazine
CEO & Executive Editor
Aldeana Frazell, Executive Editor of Soluv Magazine, learn how the desire to help others led her to create a passionate project to support and empower.
Poised with an impressive management resume, Aldeana Frazell’s work experience includes working as an Internet Project Manager for Reed Communications and McGraw Hill Publishing. She has a BBA in Business from Georgia State University and an Associated Degree in Graphic Design from the UCLA Extension program.
February 2005, Aldeana set out to find a position that would allow her to utilize both her business and creative skills in a way that was fulfilling to her while also making a positive difference in the world. This intention led her to accept an Art Director position at an international community organization called Agape. This position exposed her to new ideas on truly honoring one self and others. While working at Agape, she was in arms distance to revered women leaders such as Iyanla Vanzant, Marianne Williamson, and Debbie Ford. It was seeing these women leaving an empowering mark in the world that motivated her to continue to search for a purposeful path for her life.
In addition to career achievements, Aldeana has also spent over 8 years volunteering as a self-defense assistant with Impact Personal Safety in Los Angeles, California. She fits in well with this organization's team of women and men dedicated to breaking the cycle of violence. Through teaching others to protect themselves through healthy boundary setting, Aldeana learned the value of taking a serious interest in how you love yourself mind, body, and soul. Although this volunteer position was an opportunity for her to address the urge she felt to help others, she still felt there was something more she could do.
This constant need paved the way for her to see and take the path required to create Soluv Magazine. Utilizing her connections at both the Agape Spiritual Center and Impact Personal Safety, she went out and interviewed professionals dedicated to fueling the power of self-esteem. She wanted to provide information on what it means to love oneself mind, body, and soul. While doing these interviews, she was able to create a team of writers that included not only herself, but seasoned professional with vast backgrounds in psychology, sociology, women's studies, religion, spiritual counseling, nutrition & exercise. With the combination of project management and design skills, Aldeana is able to produce the powerful magazine Soluv, the one publication dedicated to supporting the truth that all women are Beautiful.
